How the Send-In Service Works
- Your installer identifies the flywheel, transmission and correct application before ordering.
- Arrange receiving instructions and send the existing assembly, with the order and service details.
- Inspection establishes condition and machining suitability. Agree any replacement components or additional work before it proceeds.
- The serviced assembly is checked for runout, concentricity and relevant clutch engagement geometry before return.
Application and Photographs
The references describe different applications; they are not a blanket interchange list. Maserati and Ferrari model names alone do not identify the required flywheel. The gallery shows a flywheel service example with its friction face, center and ring gear. No exact part-number identity is claimed for this unmarked example.
Before Installation
The installing workshop must use the correct application-specific dimensions and procedures. Discuss the requested balancing tolerance and whether a matched clutch assembly or certificate is required when arranging the job.
